misdiagnosis
I have concerns regarding a misdiagnosis regarding my eyes, double vision
related to a thyroid issue, at the Salem VA Medical Center,
and the length of time since I was first seen in January 28th of this year.
This is not the first time they have misdiagnosis a medical issue with me.
It is imperative that I have this issue addressed as soon as possible because
my eyesight is deteriorating. I was given a prescription for glasses with
prisms to help with the double vision, which took seven weeks to get to me.
When I received them, they were incorrect and I was forced to purchase
new glasses at my expense outside of the VA for which I have very little financial resource. Where do I get help now?
